First, we'll ask a series of questions to understand your business objectives, customers, behavioral analytics, and any areas of improvement that have been identified. Then we'll walk through the user experience of your product or service through the lens of your customer, compiling findings and making recommendations.
Our approach is holistic. We think it's important to look at the entire customer journey beyond the screen or interface of your product. Our diverse experience in user experience design, industrial design, eCommerce, and digital products allows us to spot opportunities that may be difficult to identify without a fresh perspective.
