Lance is a former aerospace engineer turned product designer. He’s worked at NASA, Lenovo, and founded DXLab Design to provide strategy, vision, and design guidance to companies leveraging exponential technolgoies. So far, the startups he’s advised have raised over 90M with one acquisition.

Worked in the commercial entertainment industry - including conceptual art (character and environment), storyboarding for film and game narrative, graphic design and comic-book illustration.
Elvina has sold and developed multimillion-dollar projects for the world's biggest financial corporations. When she's not singing, she heading up marketing and partnerships.

With a background in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience as well as an MBA, she’s concocted a healthy mix of business and science to bring human-centered design to the forefront of innovation. When she isn’t connecting with everybody that knows somebody, she is playing piano, fundraising for social impact and exploring new flavors and cuisines to become the next top chef for next-gen nutrition!
