Let's build a better future.

Covid-19 has accelerated many of the trends that will shape the future of work. Businesses have been forced to re-invented the way that operate and engage with employees at break-neck speed.

Although the pandemic has brought on many challenges, it’s also forcing us to re-think the way that many of our institutions are run from the ground up.

We’ll begin with a discussion on key trends that will impact the future of work. Then, we’ll roll up our sleeves and co-create visions for the future using science fiction narratives.

These science fiction narratives help us create the space to think big, get our vision tangible, and can inspire those coming out of the pandemic to build a better future.

“The Futurecasting workshop was a highly engaging way to bring us all around our big vision and understand what it takes to get there. It’s taken a load off our shoulders now that we will have better decision making, better strategy, better pitching, and easier alignment.”

“Futures Weekend provides a digestible framework for seeing the big picture and understanding how your organization can plan for (and positively contribute to) anticipated societal and technological shifts. It's quite challenging and is a lot of hard work, but planning for the future is never an easy job.”
